One of the most biggest problems that many of my client where facing is that the computer is running way too slow. How frustrating is it to just sit and wait for the computer to process something? Or when you double-click to open a program, and then you just wait and wait for it to actually open. And computers today are supposed to be faster than ever!
There are a variety of reasons that your computer is running slow. Some of the causes are fairly simple, and some are pretty technical. In any case, a computer repair can definitely speed up your computer.
There are a few things you need to know about me when you leave your system for pc repairs.
- If you leave your computer with me you will only be without your computer for a minimal amount of time. some of my client previously told me that same stories will leave your computer at the repair department. I'm not gonna mention any names. but those people will keep your system/computer for weeks and event months at times. which i find it to total unacceptable. I myself would not go a day without my computer so i don't expect you to either.
- What I find on your computer with remain confidential that's one of my golden rule believe me I have came across a lot of files folders and pictures that weren't intended for anyone to view - personal journals, picture videos that aren't and will always remain sensitive in nature. i don't really care about what you have on your system/computer and if I happen to see or come across that can of data it will remain with me.. My Job is simply to do computer repairs and that's what i do..
Before bringing your computer to me, for repairs there are a couple of things that you can do to make my job easier:
First of all, if there are any error messages that come up to indicate what the problem might be, please write them down the wording of the error message. That can be a big clue, and it could shorten the time it takes to fix the problem.
Second, if you can, please make sure that you have backed up any data that is important (files, folders, pictures or anything else that you wouldn’t want to lose). Obviously, I don’t expect to have any problems recovering any lose data, but there is always a chance and I don’t want you to risk losing anything. If you do not know how to back up your data (or what needs to be backed up), that is the first thing we will talk about.
